Contact-Free Service Appointments at Sloane


We appreciate your patience while we safely check in your vehicle for service. Because of the current climate and in accordance with state/federal guidelines, your service appointment will be conducted differently to help keep everyone safe. While you are waiting to get checked in this is what to expect from us:

Monday-Friday:8:00AM - 4:00PM
Saturday-Sunday:CLOSED

Preparing for Your Service Appointment:

  • Please separate your car key from your other keys, we are only accepting your car key
  • Please bring your vehicle's registration card AND insurance card(needed for PA State/Emissions Inspections)
  • Please wear a face mask (we will be wearing them as well)
  • Currently appointments are required, no walk-ins can be accommodated (except for emergency situations and first responders)
  • We are not accepting waiting appointments (unless its an emergency at which time you would have to wait outside of the building)
  • We ask that you are the only person in the vehicle when dropping off your car
  • Customer's will have to arrange for transportation to leave the dealership after dropping off their vehicle
  • We are NOT providing shuttle service, releasing loaners, or ride sharing accommodations (except for emergency situations)

When Arriving for Your Service Appointment:

  • We will be checking-in one customer at a time
  • When you pull onto the property, pull up to the garage doors and remain in your vehicle until you are invited to pull into the drive-thru
  • Should your appointment include PA State/Emissions Inspection, please place the registration and insurance cards on your passenger seat
  • Once in the drive-thru you will exit your car and leave your car key in the vehicle
  • Your vehicle will be sanitized with a chemical called Bio Pledge. This is a non-harmful, bio-degradable chemical and is odorless as well as non-staining. The Bio Pledge will keep all areas applied sanitized and protected for 30 days
  • We will not require any signatures for any reason
  • Your Service Advisor will contact you when your service is completedto make pick up arrangements for your vehicle
  • Customer's will have to arrange for transportation to leave the dealership after dropping off their vehicle
  • We are not currently providing shuttle service, ride sharing accommodations or releasing loaners (except for emergency situations)

When Picking Up Your Vehicle:

  • Your vehicle will have been sanitized with a chemical called Bio Pledge. This is a non-harmful, bio-degradable chemical and is odorless as well as non-staining. The Bio Pledge will keep all areas applied sanitized and protected for 30 days
  • Your invoice/bill will be sent electronically by text or email
  • All payments will be handled though the electronic invoice or over the phone with a credit card
  • All paperwork and invoices will be left in your vehicle
